Easter Saturday, 3 April.
We shall be decorating the church for Easter on the morning of 3 April. Geraldine Smith would be grateful for all offers of flowers, greenery, money, and help in setting up the displays. If you’ve not done it before, come and have a go.
Also, if you have any vases you could donate to the church for arrangements, please see Geraldine about that.
When you’ve done the flowers it will be time for coffee at the first of this year’s Saturday coffee mornings, from 10.00-12.00..
Reading Street Pastors are Recruiting…
Matt Hearn writes;
We have had a really exciting time over the
past 3 months serving God in the town centre. God has led us to talk
with people who are broken, vulnerable, lost, in mourning and
without hope, and those who are in the forces. He has led us into
situations where we were able to prevent ugly conclusions, prevent
fights, prevent ladies being made advantage of, and where we could
share with people the love of God and the good news of
Jesus.
AND we want to start this work
on a Saturday night also.
We want to train more volunteers for this work. If you are
interested and want to find out more please contact:
