Special services held during the year include the Covenant service in January, Harvest in September or October, and Remembrance Day in November, as well as the key celebrations of the church calendar – Christmas, Easter and Pentecost.
A Junior Church anniversary service and a Church Thanksgiving service are each held annually.
We also hold an annual service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance for those who have lost loved ones, particularly during the previous 12 months. The service is held at 6.30pm usually on a Sunday in May.
Wesley celebrates Christmas with carol services, including a Junior Church Nativity service. There is also a Christmas Day short family service at 10.00am.
We lead up to Easter with Lent themes and a series of online evening meditations during Holy Week, culminating in a Good Friday family event in the morning, a meditative service in the evening, and an Easter Day celebration.
